Per the Disney Parks blog, “Following the limited time run of Epcot Forever at Epcot, a new nighttime spectacular called “HarmonioUS” will be the largest ever created for a Disney park. Guests will even be able to tell Disney Genie what they want to experience, and it will quickly evaluate millions of options to present them with an optimal day.” Disney Genie Per the Disney Parks Blog, “Planned to debut in late 2020, Disney Genie is a revolutionary new digital offering that will enhance the way guests plan for and experience a trip to Walt Disney World Resort.ĭisney Genie will make planning easier and more fun by providing guests customized itineraries geared to princesses, thrill seekers, foodies, families and more. Rapunzel will be the stern character adorning the ship. They revealed the name of the fifth ship at D23, the Disney Wish, which will begin to set sail in January of 2022. Previously Disney had announced three new ships coming to their fleet. Joe Rhode (legendary Imagineer) will be the lead creative force of the island’s development. Per the Disney Parks Blog, The “shop-in-shop” will feature an enhanced Disney assortment of more than 450 items, including more than 100 products that were previously only available at Disney retail locations.” Disney Store Target Partnership Disney Theme Parks and ResortsĪ new private island owned and operated by Disney will be welcoming Disney Cruise Line ships soon. A new Target will also be opening near Walt Disney World resort. Target will have a new Disney section on their website and mobile app. There will be 25 opening this October with 40 more coming by next October. In October, Disney will begin to open “pop up” Disney Stores within select Target stores around the country. Target’s CEO took to the stage to share a new partnership with Disney.
